How Is It Used?
In order to use the My Health OK Insurance, it is sufficient that the following conditions occur at the same time.
The insured goes to a private hospital contracted with the Social Security Institution.
The hospital, which is contracted with SGK, and AXA SIGORTA have an OK My Health Insurance agreement.
The doctor who performs the procedures of the insured in the hospital contracted with the Social Security institution must have an agreement with the Social Security Institution.
The condition for which the treatment is requested should not date back to the policy and should comply with the special and general conditions of the AXA SIGORTA My Health OK Insurance policy.
