Halim Mete, Vice President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, who took the floor after Caglar, continued his speech in which he touched upon the need to be innovative in order to be competitive in the insurance sector as in every sector:
"We should keep stakeholder and customer satisfaction at the highest level by using technology and giving importance to innovation. In addition, beyond seeing innovation as a new product and business area, we should see it as strategic investments that minimize company risks."
Deputy Undersecretary of the Treasury Dr. Ahmet Genç emphasized that new ideas always raise the bar, whether it is an insurance company or an agency, and said, “In addition to following the world in innovation, we should also develop our own ideas by not ignoring Dec.
